Stevenage Oil Co. Ltd has added some fuel delivery questions and answers which we hope you find useful. We often get asked the same questions by our clients, and we will be keeping this page updated to make it easy for you to find the answers you want.

How do I arrange my first delivery?Call through to the depot direct, especially if you have specific needs or instructions, on 01462 677177 Email the accounts office at accounts@stevenageoil.co.uk directly or via website. Email the enquiries enquiries@stevenageoil.co.uk directly or via website.

Do I need to pay for my first delivery?If you are a new customer, we ask for your first delivery to paid upfront.

When will my delivery be made?In general, we aim for delivery to be within 2-3 working days from point of order. Under exceptional circumstances this may change.

How do I set up an account with Stevenage Oil?Once you have received and paid for your first delivery, the accounts office will automatically set up an account for you for all future deliveries.

When does my delivery need to be paid?In general, all outstanding balances need to be paid for by the 15th of the month following of your delivery. *During exceptional circumstances this may change

Do I qualify for Direct Debit?There are a few qualifying questions: 1. You need to own your property 2. You need to take 3 or more deliveries per year 3. Your account must have a current nil balance Please call 01438 745807 to discuss.

How do I pay my invoice?Bacs payment – bank details on pink invoice left at point of delivery. Telephone Card payment – We accept both debit and credit cards no fees, Call Accounts 01438-745807 Unfortunately, we do NOT accept American Express.

Can I be a part of a buying group or syndicate?If your village/Neighbours have a syndicate set up, please call to discuss a syndicate delivery 01462 677177. We do not organise the setting up of buying groups or syndicates. The group must appoint an administrator that will organise and place the group order.

Is there a minimum order?Legally the minimum order we can deliver is 500 litres.
