If you are a new customer, we ask for your first delivery to paid upfront.

In general, we aim for delivery to be within 2-3 working days from point of order. Under exceptional circumstances this may change.

Once you have received and paid for your first delivery, the accounts office will automatically set up an account for you for all future deliveries.

In general, all outstanding balances need to be paid for by the 15th of the month following of your delivery.

There are a few qualifying questions:

1. You need to own your property

2. You need to take 3 or more deliveries per year

3. Your account must have a current nil balance

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept American Express.

If your village/Neighbours have a syndicate set up, please call to discuss a syndicate delivery 01462 677177.

We do not organise the setting up of buying groups or syndicates. The group must appoint an administrator that will organise and place the group order.

Legally the minimum order we can deliver is 500 litres.
