Tribute to John
It was with great sadness and personal loss that my dad John suddenly passed away on the 22nd of April 2021 at the age of 78.
Many of you have been loyal customers for many years and enjoyed long conversations, reminiscing on the years gone by and generally putting the world to rights with my dad over the years.
As a small family business dad's passing was devastating and left a massive hole in both our family and business. Dad was taken suddenly without any warning. However, we all took comfort that dad died doing what he loved. He loaded a tanker the morning of his passing, looking after his customers right to the very end.
Always In Our Hearts
As a family we have had to regroup, take on many challenges but we now have all generations of our family to support us, with all 3 of our children Mitch, Hollie and Jodie now on board.
Dad and mum, Pam (still working at 78), started a small business that has grown with a lot of hard work into the Stevenage Oil of today.
Dad will always be at the heart of everything we do and we all miss him greatly every day. It's lovely to speak to customers that remember him and still speak of him fondly.
